The cartridge return label is good for 6 or more cartridges to be returned at a time. Do not send cartridges back individually.

Use 1 label per box. Print each label from the PDF file here. The post office will take up to 70 lbs. per box.

To insure proper credit, please put your name and company info including phone number in or on the outside of the box.

Allow 20 working days for credit to be issued.
