The SC-350 sheet cutting plotter from Vulcan automatically cuts contour-accurate stickers and similar objects from sheets up to a maximum size of 13”x19” (350mm x 500mm).
The SC-350 automatically and reliably cuts individual sheets from a stack of up to 300 sheets- even from different materials. Various printable self-adhesive materials can be used, such as photo paper, T-shirt transfer paper, photo-quality inkjet cards, stickers, glossy paper and transparent films.
Thanks to the high-sensitivity CCD camera, reading registration marks is extremely fast and enables very high productivity. In addition, the ability to scan the QR code allows you to work with different cutting patterns without having to start a new job each time.
After reading the QR code, the machine automatically recognizes the cutting path associated with the respective QR code. This saves a lot of time and increases productivity. Sheets with different cutting jobs can therefore be mixed. User intervention is not required.
Vulcan SC-350 can also micro perf and cut out clam shell inserts on card stock.

Optional wireless USB function
PLT-files saved on USB thumb drives (U-disk) can be used for direct output. This means that the SC-350 can be used without being connected to a computer.
QR code system
SC-350 reads QR-codes on the printed media, allowing automatic matching of print and cut files. This both speeds production and eliminates any chance of mismatched files.

Camera System
The SC-350 has a high resolution camera that can actually see registration marks, even on colored and transparent materials, or if the registration marks themselves are white or light colored. Fast scanning speed, SRA3 size, less than 3 seconds. 5mm registration marks will save paper/money.

Through the professional UI design, VULCAN has developed and integrated the touch screen control panel system, which makes the operation more convenient and user-friendly.
With high quality raw materials, especially aluminum cover, our carriage provides longer serving life, shorter corresponding time and better heat-release. High-efficiency working mode, only 2 seconds to feed paper and 3 seconds to scan marks. A circle with a diameter of 60mm only needs 23.5 seconds can be cut 24 pieces.
