With a wide range of medias, you can be sure you can find your current label stock in Label Runner’s media portfolio. Because Label Runner’s Inktanium Ink is waterproof, the water resistance basically comes down to the media. Photo papers will offer some water resistance but the ink will not smear with many oils (such as found in cannabis products) and offer great chemical resistance, not found in other dye and pigmented aqueous label solutions. Poly Pro’s (PET Films) and Vinyls offer a waterproof base stock that works great with the Inktanium Inks.

PET or Poly Pro films

These offers great tear resistance and work great on glass, plastic and other bases. The gloss poly pross offer a metallic finish and enhance the printed image. Works well on RC Planes, boats and vehicles because of water fastness and durability of the face stock. They are also easier to apply than vinyl because of material rigidity. Waterproof with Inktanium Inks.

Photo Papers

These offer some water resistance and are smudge proof when used with Inktanium Ink. Great for boxes, lotion tubes and jars where a smudge proof ink is need. Works well with glass, plastics, and cardboard boxes. Highly resistant to most oils and alcohols such as those found in cannabis and beauty products.

Vinyls

These offer great flexibility in applications and are Waterproof with Inktanium Inks. Works well on glass and plastic surfaces. Also metal friendly.

Largest portfolio of medias for any label system on the market with over 35 adhesive medias, including magnetics, holographics, kraft paper, astrobrights and tag stocks, customers will have a wide choice of adhesive medias not found on any other label system in the market, including Roland and Afinia. Our face stocks include Paper, Vinyl and Pet Films. Paper stocks are especially important going over existing labels. They will not show the underneath edge of the label like a vinyl stock would. Great for custom wine labels.
